Trip Itinerary

  • Trip starts from Gurugram. Depart from IFFCO Chowk Metro Station at 6:30 PM, Gurugram.

  • Gather at the boarding point and meet your fellow travellers and trip manager and start your overnight journey to Jaisalmer.

  • We’ll be picking up our Jaipur travelers on the way at 11:00 PM.

  • Upon reaching Jaisalmer, we’ll check-into camps - Sam dunes – wide Thar Desert with awesome views.

  • Later, we’ll go for jeep safari, camel safari & scenic sunset and photography.

  • Back to the campsite, get ready for a cultural program and DJ night followed by dinner.

  • Overnight stay in sand dunes in luxury tented accommodation.

  • Wake up, enjoy breakfast at the campsite. 

  • After breakfast, get ready to explore Kuldhara village - haunted & abandoned village and the Town of Longewala Battlefield.

  • Back to the campsite, get ready for a cultural program and DJ night followed by dinner.

  • Overnight stay in sand dunes in luxury tented accommodation

  • After breakfast, Check-out from campsite.

  • We head to Jaisalmer city & sightseeing: Jaisalmer fort, Patwa Haveli, Nathmanki Haveli, Head to Jaisalmer market: the main shopping centers of Jaisalmer include Sadar Bazaar,Pansari Bazaar and Bhatia Bazaar.

  • In the evening, we will visit Gadisar Lake - an old artificial lake which looks beautiful during sunset and sunrise.

  • By 5:00 pm, we’ll start our return journey from Jaisalmer to Delhi.

  • By early morning, we will arrive back in Delhi, bidding farewell with cherished memories and new found friendships.

1. When should I confirm my booking for a Jaisalmer trip?

Seats are limited for each trip. To ensure smooth preparation for both you and our team, bookings close every Thursday. Please confirm your booking before the deadline.

 

2. I need some more information about this trip?

  • Your booking gets confirmed after we receive the advance payment. You can book online or directly through a My Weekend Trip representative.
  • Please reach the boarding point on time, and update your trip manager if you’re delayed.
  • Since this is a group trip, everyone enjoys the same inclusions and services.
  • If you skip an activity or meal, we can’t offer a refund or adjustment.
  • Only registered travellers can join the trip- no extra person allowed. 
  • Please avoid smoking or drinking inside the vehicle during travel.
  • Sometimes resorts may change due to availability, but don’t worry - we’ll inform you beforehand and arrange a similar stay.
  • Keep your belongings safe - trip organizer isn’t responsible for lost items.
  • We follow fixed group timings, so please be on schedule to avoid missing activities.
  • Please stay flexible if anything unexpected occurs during the trip - like traffic, landslides, or heavy snowfall - as these are outside our control. But don’t worry, our team will be there to guide and support you throughout.
  • A respectful and positive attitude from everyone helps make the trip enjoyable for all!
  • In very rare cases, if there are too few bookings for any batch, the organiser may have to cancel the trip. If that happens, the full amount will be refunded.
  • The advance payment is non-refundable, and cancellations follow our standard refund policy. So please book only when your plans are confirmed.
