Trip Itinerary

  • Gather & meet your trip manager and fellow travelers at Mayur Vihar Phase -1 Metro Station (Blue Line) at 10:00 pm.

  • We'll start overnight journey from Delhi to Auli.

  • In the morning a pit stop at Devprayag - witness the beautiful Sangam of Bhagirathi & Alaknanda.

  • Reach Joshimath by noon, resort check-in and rest for a while. After rest, self-exploration or leisure time in Joshimath.

  • In the evening, relax at the resort with a warm bonfire and light music.

  • Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at the Auli resort.

  • After breakfast, we’ll start our journey from Joshimath to Auli. You can either go by cable car ropeway or road. 

  • Enjoy the panoramic view of an artificial lake covered with snow and enjoy the Ski – famous adventure sport, play & pelt snow on each other, create a "snow man" and photography session to capture travel memories.

  • Short trek to Gorson Bugyal (depend on snowfall situation)

  • In the evening, relax at the resort with a warm bonfire and light music.

  • Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at the Auli resort.

  • Wake up in the morning, freshen up & have breakfast. Explore more of the local market of Joshimath for some final shopping.

  • At noon, we’ll start our journey from Joshimath to Delhi. Enroute, we take a halt at Rishikesh.

  • Overnight journey to Delhi.

  • Back to Delhi early morning with sweet memories.

1. When should I confirm my booking for a Auli trip?

Seats are limited for each trip. To ensure smooth preparation for both you and our team, bookings close every Thursday. Please confirm your booking before the deadline.

 

2. I need some more information about this trip?

For any inquiries or bookings, please call/WhatsApp us at 98104-33852. We are here to assist you!

  • Your booking gets confirmed after we receive the advance payment. You can book online or directly through a My Weekend Trip representative.
  • Please reach the boarding point on time, and update your trip manager if you’re delayed.
  • Since this is a group trip, everyone enjoys the same inclusions and services.
  • If you skip an activity or meal, we can’t offer a refund or adjustment.
  • Only registered travellers can join the trip- no extra person allowed. 
  • Please avoid smoking or drinking inside the vehicle during travel.
  • Sometimes resorts may change due to availability, but don’t worry - we’ll inform you beforehand and arrange a similar stay.
  • Keep your belongings safe - trip organizer isn’t responsible for lost items.
  • We follow fixed group timings, so please be on schedule to avoid missing activities.
  • Please stay flexible if anything unexpected occurs during the trip - like traffic, landslides, or heavy snowfall - as these are outside our control. But don’t worry, our team will be there to guide and support you throughout.
  • A respectful and positive attitude from everyone helps make the trip enjoyable for all!
  • In very rare cases, if there are too few bookings for any batch, the organiser may have to cancel the trip. If that happens, the full amount will be refunded.
  • The advance payment is non-refundable, and cancellations follow our standard refund policy. So please book only when your plans are confirmed.
